Not Here to Help — Here to Listen

A research initiative exploring how mental health is understood across cultures.

From Seika Brown

Global Perspectives, Local Stories

My goal is to share global perspectives and local stories. This is built on the belief that true understanding starts with listening. I am not here to develop the next quick solution for mental health. Instead, my mission is to explore how mental health is defined and experienced across diverse cultures and backgrounds. By listening to stories from individuals around the world, we aim to learn from each other’s perspectives and deepen our understanding of mental health globally.

Hear Different Experiences

We are currently in the process of hearing more perspectives. For now, please enjoy interviews from the past few years.
