Not Here to Help, Here to Listen.

More than a Metric: A Global Inquiry into Mental Health. Prioritizing lived experience to understand how culture shapes our well-being.

From Seika Brown

I believe the highest quality research begins with the radical act of listening. My goal is not to deliver half-baked, superficial solutions, but to explore the complex and nuanced aspects of mental health through cross-continental interviews and community education. By rejecting the 'expert-led' model and embracing a peer-to-peer approach, I focus on individual and community-level impact. I am here to listen, to learn, and to ensure that community voices are the driving force behind the policy changes we create together.
